Interesting stories about elves, trolls and parts of Iceland's history. Not a very long walk, but Reykjavik is small... Handicapped by the fact that Iceland's history isn't as old as other parts of Europe and that not much is left from the early days.

This turned out to be so interesting and so much fun. As it turns out Reykjavík has some fascinating history and folklore as does Iceland, in general. What made this tour outstanding was our guide, a high school history teacher, who I suspect, is extremely...More

Considering Iceland’s lack of crime and also its short history relative to the rest of Europe, there wasn’t really much to be discussed. Our guide made the most of it, and gave us some history about the town that included the cemetery. There were a...More

I only had one night in Reykjavik. A friend recommended this and I am SO happy we took his advice -- we could not have spent our time in any better way! This is the best "haunted" tour I've ever been on and a great...More

Very nice and entertainment tour - not scary, though. Easy walk where we got lots of interesting information about the past of Reykjavik and Iceland. The guide is fun with a huge - very dry sense of humour. A great way to spend a couple...More
