Geoiceland is a small company offering day trips operated always by 18 seats minibuses. We visit the most interesting attractions in Iceland, such as the Golden Circle, the South Coast, and the Reykjanes peninsula & the Blue Lagoon.

Our focus is on the geology of the island, and our credo is "Small, Personal, and Sustainable."

One could rent a car and follow the routes taken for the Golden Circle and South Coast tours but, as a newcomer to Iceland, I would have missed out on the wealth of knowledge and anecdotal information provided by my guides, David and Oscar. It gave me a real insight into the country from two unique perspectives. The intimate nature... More

This tour was AMAZING. Sif (our guide) was so interesting and informative. The sights were breathtaking! It was great being in a mini bus rather than a coach too. It felt much more personal. Would definitely recommend this trip for anyone travelling to Iceland.

I have been on this tour twice now and much prefer it to the larger companies operating such tours. The group is a lot smaller, your not on a large coach and the tour guide tries to get you to the stops before any large coaches land which gives you the opportunity to take a perfect photo without heaps of... I highly recommend this tour conducted by GeoIceland Day Tours. In all honesty, it was our favorite tour in Iceland, and made for a perfect ending to our vacation. In addition, my wife and I were very impressed with the knowledge and care given to us by our tour guide Oscar. Heck, he even sang for us in the van.... More

Our family of 6 took 3 tours with GeoIceland. Just as FYI, you need to dress warmly on these tours as the weather is ever changing and a weatherproof jacket can be very handy. Also note that we did a lot of walking on each tour, so wear good boots/shoes. GeoIceland only uses small buses (we had a maximum of... More

We spent a delightful day touring the Reykjanes peninsula courtesy of our guide Oscar. He was informative, amusing and accommodating. We saw steam spouting from rock, picturesque seaside cliffs, the bridge between the tectonic plates, the crater left from a 13 century volcano. Try the lobster bisque at an Icelandic fishing village for lunch. This is a fun tour for... More

We took the Golden Circle Tour with Baldvin as our guide. He was the perfect combination of chatty, informative, but really responding to the group. Gave us plenty of time and knew how to work around the bigger groups so that we got good viewing opportunities and the flexibility which is the main reason you want to go with a... More

We were picked up at our AirBnB, which was nice since some tour companies only pick up at hotels. Baldwin was our driver and provided a wealth of information. The tour was timed appropriately in a comfortable MB Sprinter. Overall a great experience.

Geotour to Reykjane was the first tour we joined in Iceland and it was pleasantly enjoyable. Our guide, Thor, is humorous and knowledgable. The trip was a good start to our Iceland journey to get a taste of the local culture (I love the dried cod stop and the lobster soup lunch!) with some stunning scenery. A big thumb up... More

Fantastic tour, Siggi was our guide and kept the whole bus entertained throughout. The tour is well worth the cost and you finish feeling that youve really seen lots of amazing sights, geysers, waterfalls etc. The food stops along the way are all well planned and offer good selections, the first stop has an amazing bakery with yummy cakes and...
