We tried to do the ice cave tour but, unfortunately the weather didn't work out (too much rain). Regardless, our overnight trip to southern Iceland, the glaciers, waterfalls, beaches, and glacier lagoon was fantastic. The bus ride was extremely comfortably with extra room for everyone's backpacks and coats. The company split our group putting 14 people in one bus and... More

Great trip with beautiful landscapes. The highlight of the day was the waterfall in the canyon! Amazing experience! Our guide was very nice and motivated!

We went on the glorious glaciers and northern lights tour which was just stunning - they provide you with cleats for your boots in the ice tunnel even though the website says to bring them. On the way to the ice tunnel we stopped off at a couple of sites including a hot spring and Barnafoss (children's waterfall) and then... More

Date of travel: 22nd to 28th December 2016. Weather Forecast: SNOW STORM. It did not stop us from having a fantastic time (or rather, we did not let the weather stop us from having a good time). Crazy Sven, our guide (yes! we called him that! haha) made the tour possible in the crazy weather. Our tour included visits to... More

We took three tours with this company during our week in Rekjavik and each tour guide/driver was professional and engaging. A special shout out to johann who led our two day tour to the west. The landscape was beautiful and during our ride he explained the history, geography, geology and much more! We stopped frequently and were given ample time... More

This was the first time I went in caves but this was a great and active experience. We booked this tour with extreme Iceland and this was well-organized. Our guide, Arman, picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the cave while talking about the local area. We were a small group which was really nice and we... More

We booked two different tours through Extreme Iceland. First tour was Golden Circle Surprise - this is the Golden Circle express tour plus the magical aurora tour. Pick up was at our hotel around 1 o'clock. We went all over the Golden Circle with ample time at each stop! Minibus was clean with wifi service. Only 13 people on our... More

Thank again to Arni our guide cum driver for the extreme fun drive with his super jeep. He is cool, steady & fun even driving in the stormy snow condition on the highland. Love his mother's lamb meat soup & the barbecue lamb prepared for this trip. I am already start to miss them!!! btw it will be perfect if... More

I went to the 2 days south coast trip. I wanted to see glacier lagoon and glacier hiking. It will take two days if I take 2 individual trips. And most of the two trips were overlapped and I did not want to spend 10 hours on each day's trip. Extreme Iceland two day trip made the most sense to... More
