We wish that we would have done a land excursion for a better opportunity to see the Northern Lights. Once you're out on the boat you're limited to one location. It's also crowded with not a lot of room to move around. The Northern Lights were the faintest trace on the sky on our excursion- barely visible, if at all.... More

Tour was strange in that they picked up everyone at the hotel and then we sat at their bus lot for an hour before we left to drive 1.5 outside the city. You spend most of the time on the bus. We had about 1 hour and half of time outside to watch the Northern lights and then it was... More

Pick up from hotel and change to coach with guide at BSI bus terminal. Unfortunately a cold and windy day Spectacular visits to National park, golden waterfall and geysers. Informative guide who took a little while to warm up but a good tour. Half day just enough, we ran out of daylight towards the end of the last visit, but... More

Booked flight and hotel through Icelandair who use this company for airport transfers and excursions. We booked airport transfers both ways and this company was on time and efficient, all staff we met were friendly and helpful. No problems. Also did the Northern lights excursion which was entertaining and informative although the lights did not make an appearance but the... More

Great Golden Circle tour! The bus was packed with other tourists, but what else can you expect? Individual busses pick you up at the hotel then meet at a central location which was nice to save in gas. All of the locations were a must see!

We booked the golden circle and fontana tour as they had a cheaper price than other providers and blue lagoon was fully booked. Pickup was seamless and the tour itself was very good. We learnt a few facts about the land and the history of Iceland, saw the Geysirs and a beautiful waterfall, and the Fontana was lovely. There wasn't... More

Went on the southern Iceland glacier lagoon tour which was a very long 15-16hour day. Pick up was prompt at 7am before being transported to the main bus terminal to board the coach. Had the opportunity to move to a smaller coach which was more comfortable. The tour guides were very informative, great knowledge about all the glaciers, mountains and... More

We did the 7:30 tour which lasted 2 hrs we were brought out to a bog. And we just stood about looking at the sky hoping to see the lights. It was freezing most people kept getting back onto the bus. We were told in the way there that to take the best pics u need a digital camera. We... More

I used Reykjavik Excursions as my transport to/from the Blue Lagoon. I paid extra to be picked up at my hotel. I waited just inside looking out because it was freezing rain and missed them because they waited for a few minutes at a bus stop down the street instead of in front of my hotel. I had the front...
