Traveling to sauna of Rajaportti is a moment of relaxation, cleanliness and return back in time. After the sauna moment it's possible to drink cafe or beer in the cafeteria and eat delicious pies.

Very relaxed athmosphere in a traditional setting. No lake for swimming but people cool down outside. Cosy allthough some of the locals might give you few advice on the "sauna rules". But don't mind, they all mean well and add to the experience. :-)

The real deal. Smoke sauna where locals get their sauna fix. As authentic as it can get, a must do in Tampere.

Nothing at all inside the sauna! Towels can be rented at the entrance but are to be used only in the changing area, not the sauna proper, otherwise you will be too hot and uncomfortable. Note this is not a mixed sauna... More
