This item of art work is more to do with sight and seeing in my opinion. You can look up though or round the engraved tubes, it is a tactile work.

Great piece of modern sculpture . Which commentates someone famous. Tbh I had never heard of him but then I am not the most educated . Also it was a 2 photos and go . The park surrounding it was more to my taste
