One of my favorite parks in my stay as it was on the way from the hotel to the city center. Very clean and extremely beautiful.

Park Esplanad is the heart of Helsinki all year round. Especially in the summertime its the meeting point of all kind of people. Always full of people - lively pedestrian center of Helsinki.

The Esplanadi is a very enjoyable green space in the centre of the city. There are beautiful buildings on either side that you can admire as you stroll along, and there are interesting statues throughout. It is a very nice spot to enjoy a rest...More

Probably the most cosmopolitan place in Helsinki, busy with people shopping, looking for cafes/restaurants. Very nice place for a walk in the downtown, mini park between two streets that have a lot to offer

Well thought out by city planners, the park provides a welcome green well within the city limits. Well kept and the trees are quite magnificent. We enjoyed walking through and it was very clean and tidy. No litter.

This Central Park is very pretty. The trees are a welcome addition given the lack of trees in general on the streets of Helsinki. There are cafes to sit and people watch and the borders of the park are edged with fine hotels, restaurants/ cafes...More

Musicians always seemed to fill the park during the late August time we visited. The park is central to Helsinki and easy to wander through. It's also surrounded by many high end shops.

I do believe where the cruise ports you just keep walking west a couple of blocks and you will be in the middle of Esplanadi. Lots of shops, snacks and salons. Public market at the port, too. Local food and art/crafts. Enjoy!
