We made a night-time walk and and a trip to Oulanka national park with Pirritta. She is absolutely wonderfull. She knows the history of the area, and she knows the nature. We had two amazing days!

We did few hours visit to Riisitunturi with Piritta, excellent experience! Amazing scenery, very nice knowledgeable guide and lots of useful advice for our coming days around Kuusamo.

We spent a day snowshoeing with Piritta in Oulanka National Park and had a great time! The forest was so beautiful and Piritta’s knowledge and stories topped it off. We’d love to go everyday and would definitely recommend the trip!

We had a excellent snowshoeing experience in Oulanka N.P.. Piritta showed us to the most beautiful places, took enough time to make pictures and explained a lot about the environment.

We had a wonderful time with Piritta doing the snowshoes activity! She was so kind and provided hips of explanation about how the nature works here. The landscapes we’ve been trough were breathtaking! Thanks again!

I cannot emphasize how great this trip was enough. I booked a solo trip to snowshoe in Oulanka National Park. Piritta, my tour guide picked me up at the agreed location, she was able to provide a more personalized experience since it was a solo tour and I constantly lost track of time because of the interesting facts I'd hear about Finnish traditions, folklore, beliefs along with history and of course the nature itself. I feel like I learned so much from her and have a better understanding and appreciation of Finnish culture that I wouldn't have got if I hadn't booked the tour.
Piritta is so very knowledgeable and hospitable. She definitely went above and beyond during the trip, even giving me recommendations of where to shop for souvenirs, what is more authentic, and assisting me with the bus schedule after the tour. She is wonderful.
I took plenty of photos during my trip, as photography is a great hobby of mine and Piritta was very helpful in assisting me in finding nice angles, different perspectives, and wonderful views to get photos of.
I say this company is a must to book with during your time in Kuusamo or Ruka.

From the pick up, till the end it was a great experience. Piritta our guide, took us through great routes In the forest along with nice conversations. We stopped at a beautiful cabin for a break where we were provided with a nice hot drink and at the second camp, she made hot pankakes for us. Overall it was a great experience. Must try.

My husband and I went on a snowshoe excursion with Piritta as our guide on the 21st of December. This was our first time on showshes, and Piritta gave us a number of good tips. In addition, she was quite knowledgeable about the wildlife in the area. We stopped for a hot berry drink and warmed up with a small fire before continuing on. When she dropped us in Ruka Village, she pointed out some restaurants and also let us know where to rent cross-country skis, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful morning out and wished we had booked some additional time for more snowshoeing!

Went on the 1000 star snowshoe excursion and our guide Piritta was absolutely superb. The skies were clear and the stars and northern lights were really beautiful. It was cold, but definitely worth it. We stayed in the valley and not the village and were picked up right were we stayed, which made everything a whole lot easier.
