Its a beautiful cathedral, however if you aren't religious or anything then you aren't missing out on much. The people are very friendly and are eager to answer your questions.

The Cathedral dates from the 13th century, especially the tree cut Altar fronts are very worth seeing. Also the Coffin containing the old King, Erik XIV, is interesting. May be he was murdered by eating poisioned pea soup?

A lovely cathedral steeped in history from its Lutherian origin. Helpful guides inside. The alter piece is a set of lovely carved and painted plates which will depict different scenes through the ecclesiastical year. There is also an interesting museum of the Reformation and how...More

The cathedral was very nice. There were a lot of building works happening around, but it was still open. A toilet is located outside which is free of charge. Lot of events happening at the Cathedral. Worth stopping by when in Vastras.

Which means there’s very little else to do so why not check out the cathedral. It has some relics and history but does not compete well with other cathedrals you might see elsewhere in Europe. Worth a stop if you have nothing else planned.

I have visited a number of times. There is a very interesting historical display, with excellent English text. It piques ones interest to check out Google for more information. I have attended a number of the organ recitals that are held on Saturdays at lunch...More

If churches are your thing, this one is worth the visit. It is quite unique and in a great location (right in the center of the city). Also, the surrounding area is gorgeous making a lovely little stroll in the area.

It is built in the Scandinavian Brick Gothic style and is a marvellous place to visit. My granddaughter often sings here with her school. Well worth a visit.
