We wouldn't have known about this place, except for the fact that it was listed on our Royal Palace admission ticket, so we decided to visit it. The sculptures are nice, it's interesting to see the faces of some of these historical figures from classical...More

Just a bunch of statues. Was interesting looking at the gardens outside the windows. I found Michael Jackson, a nice package ;) and an angry band student who broke her flute.

Mediterranean classical antiquities in a museum that will take less than 30 minutes. It's included in your Palace admission, so you can't complain about the price. Basically you're looking at the souvenirs Gustav III brought back from his 1783 Italian vacation. I wonder if anyone...More

There are more than 100 sculptures (as far as I remember 104) in there. You can take guide paper from information desk. You'll find explanations about most of the statues in there. If you have ticket to Royal Palace you can get in here free....More

Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home
to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central
island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small
island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous
Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit
touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting:
take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and
through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest)
