Elisabet was very knowledgable! It was great having her show the cool pubs around Gamla Stan and talk about the history of everything! Although only thing I wish that could have been better was the group size, it was a bit too big for me.

I added this to the itinerary because my boyfriend absolutely loves beer, and we weren't disappointed. We had the great fortune of getting Mark as a guide; he's an American transplant who loves the pub scene and knew all about these excellent spots, history of...More

We had a wonderful tour with Elisabet. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and a good singer to boot. We learned about the History of old town and the drinks were excellent. Also stopped in several places I wouldn’t have visited otherwise but loved. A must do...More

I had a really good time on Elisabet's tour. She was very knowledgeable and personable, and as she has a background as a historian she gave us some really interesting information about Stockholm (not just about beers, either!). Had some really nice drinks - the...More

It was really interesting and fun. Marc was right on spot and had all stories ready. Talked a bit too much for team Icelands'taste, [not] we liked practical part more then theoretical one. But deffinitely something to do when in Stockholm. Thank you Marc.

Gamla Stan & Riddarholmen
Gamla Stan is Stockholm’s historic old town and home
to the Swedish Royal Palace. It’s the most central
island of Stockholm and accompanied by the small
island of Riddarholmen, mainly known for its famous
Riddarholm Church. Gamla Stan tends to be a bit
touristy at times but is definitely worth visiting:
take a stroll past the well-preserved buildings and
through the small (and also Sweden’s narrowest)
