Original hall are under reconstruction, so currently (2017) they are using a temporary "tent", smaller, but ok. Many market stand to buy fresh fish or beed (e.g. dry aged). Some of them offer food directly to eat, some have also a few tables to sit....More

In the downtown, suppose former food market a lot of caffes. We took shrimps sandwich w local beer, that was very good one. Enjoyable and great place. Clean, bit noisy but thats like it should be.

This is a little bit of a walk from Historiska Museet but a nice lunch place. It's quite small (compared to Spittlefields) but has a couple of bistros and we ate outside. The food was good value
