Worst receptionists I have ever seen . Unprofessional, no hospitality or engagement whatsoever.

We paid (expensive) ice skates in advance and arrived to be screamed at because "we had not checked the weather". We got our money back in 10 days (10 days!).
Not to add that she was super evasive in every instruction she gave us and made us change in the dirtiest bathrooms to be able to go in the lake. (no access to changing rooms unless you pay 1000 sek)

It is sad as the place was beautiful and calm. I recommend walking around the frozen lake but stay far away from their service!

Just getting worse and worse unfortunately. New rules make you feel like you're being watched and you're there on grace. Not as cozy and nice as it used to be. I will choose other saunas in the future unfortunately! At least until you go back to the more lighthearted that was before!

Not a nice experience! The sauna was overcrowded, shower dirty, full of hair and cold water only. There's no place you can sit and relax. I wouldn't go back. I'm sure there are better places near Stockholm.

I visited the sauna at Hellasgarden close to Stockholm on a Monday when they have aufguss.
The place is simple, but beautifully located at a lake. Jumping into the lake is quite an experience when the water is close to freezing, but after a hot sauna this feeling is great. The sauna is a bit crowded when they have aufguss (pouring water with aromatic oils in the stones in the sauna and waving with a towel to distribute the heat). The sauna is mixed and most people are naked, the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. I would give it 5-stars if the staff could keep it more tidy, but maybe you cannot expect more for the 60 SEK entrance fee.

While I was in Stockholm I was looking for a place near the city that I could enjoy the swedish nature and swim in crystal lakes. And this place was ideal! Only 20 minutes with a bus from slussen, very easily to find ,you can do sauna (only with 7 euros) , activities, swim and explore the forests around! I definitely recommend this experience!!

The Swedes love a nude sauna. But that’s where nudity stops. Apparently. Don’t make the same mistake I did, bring bathers if you decide to have a dip in the beautiful lake... otherwise you’ll need to do what I did and attempt to dry your underwear in the sauna.

The sauna was basic but the lake more than made up for it. Spent an hour here.

Easy to get to. 401 bus from Slussen. Well worth it in summer or winter.

We had seen this park recommended in an article, so off we rode on our bikes to Nacka. It was a bit of a ride from Ostermalm, but we made it! They have a very nice cafe with outdoor deck and minature golf also. The sauna was very affordable and easy to check in. Bring a towel and a lock if you can. We rented a lock and borrowed a towel..
The sauna and changing rooms are divided female/male. The sauna is large enough for maybe 20 people. Very clean and well managed. You can then take a brisk dip in lake Kalltorp - so fun! Loved this place!

Went there last weekend with a good friend. Easy access from Slussen with bus 401, which takes 15 minutes.

The facility has separate saunas for men and women and a front patio that is shared and situated by the lake which you can jump in for a hypothermia experience.

The front desk staff needs some additional training in communication. Asking a question and getting an answer was comparable to pulling teeth!

The men’s sauna area has open plan showers and locker rooms that is 5x larger than a tiny sauna that probably had 30 men in it. There is enough space to expand this sauna to make it a more comfortable space given the high number of men tucked inside it. As such, the sauna is very crammed, stinks, and standing people’s junk is up your face!

The only fun aspect was to be in the sauna for a bit and jump into the cold lake. I would not go there again.

I have been there yesterday. Just 34 minutes bus ride from the city, and then you can enjoy the beautiful view (lake, tree, fresh air or Swedish nude sauna, #bastu). It is a good place to connect with nature, refresh and keep calm. Recommend to someone who likes nature, walking and family gathering. There is a cottage (SEK 350 for bed), restaurant, and activities etc. I am sure that it will not make you disappointed. The cost is SEK 45 one way from Central Station by train and bus included.

Only a short bus ride out of Stockholm. We visited Hellasgarden in order to experience an authentic Swedish sauna. We weren't disappointed.

Separate saunas for men and women on the day we visited.

Excellent, clean facilities. Option tot ake a dip in the lake in between sauna sessions.

Helpful, polite staff and a really good price.
