The spacious gallery focus on Swedish and International contemporary art is located at Torsgatan, close to Sankt Eriksplan in Stockholm. You will find a lot of less known Swedish modern art. With nice little areas to browse art books or drink coffee. Free entry.

We visited this museum and was unlucky that the current exhibition was a sound work by Susan Philipsz. That was not to my taste...to say the least. But the location is great and the youngish staff friendly. The cafe is quite good and the shop...More

Exhibits change and this time around it was by receivers of the Maria Bonnier Trust grants. Somewhat challenging but free entrance and knowledgeable guides made the visit worth it. Great little café with a barista who really knew his coffee!

Bonniers Konsthall is far from average, The size is not bigger than you can keep the concentration at peak.No admission charge.Peek into the entrance nextdoor, Dagens Industri business daily newspaper, some nice installations.

As always for art galleries, your experience depends on exhibition. I was lucky with exhibition and atmosphere was just great. Advice you to check days with free admission - they have them quite often.

Excellent exhibition here which is on until 23rd March 2014 - Andreas Eriksson. Some of the pieces were slightly pretentious (such as the room full of mole hills) but I thought on the whole the work was very good. Nice cafe on the other side...More

Bonniers Konsthall is a very interesting contemporary art/exhibition space in the Vasastan neighborhood - about a 15 minute walk from the T-Centralen station in Stockholm. They feature rotating exhibitions several times a year, along with hosting a nice gift shop and a cafe. They feature...More

Vasastan
Vasastan is one of those neighborhoods that almost
looks too good to be true. It has the winning
combination of a central location, tranquility, and
beautiful buildings – housing sophisticated bars and

most sought-after place to live. If walking through
this area makes you feel like walking through a fairy
tale or picture book it’s no surprise, as it’s
