Lovely place to have your pictures of Stockholm. This hill is so picturesque and unique. The cobbled streets around the pathway are a bonus and the area of art galleries and handcrafts below is also beautiful. My only warning is: Be careful if you go...More

It is easy accesible by T-bana (metro) stop Zinkensdamm or Mariatorget, then walk 10 minutes. Amazing view - go there for sunset. A lot of people are there for nice photos.

This location offers one of the best views of Stockholm. It quite easily accessible by public transport.

We walked in this beautiful promenade, and had a good time viewing the city. However, it was a very hot day and there was no shadow in this promenade, so take this into consideration.

As other reviews said this was a bit difficult to find, but worth the track to get there. Since it was a clear hot day with no rain in sight we thought we would go for it. Took us a while and we had to...More

It's quite a long walk from Gamla Stan (the old town) to here. It took us a while to check the map a few times to get there. Especially after so much walk in Gamla Stan already. You need to walk up the hill to...More

We walked here from the viewing point. It was a really pretty walk along the coast with a great view of Stockholm, especially at sunset. However it was quite crowded, and the footpaths aren’t overly wide in some places! I would still recommend visiting.

Places to get panoramas of the City are not easy to find but this is a must! There is proper viewing platform too and it's just around corner from Millenium trilogy locations.

We went to this park area to take in the panoramic views of Stockholm from the hilltop. The views were wonderful and we enjoyed taking photographs. To get here you do have to ascend on steep streets and staircases for quite a distance after crossing...More

This rather quiet neighborhood revolves around a
postcard-like park with a dramatic fountain in its
center and is definitely one of Stockholm’s showcase
neighborhoods. Mariatorget, a central residential
area, is the best Stockholm has to offer when it comes
to juxtaposing architectural masterpieces with
sophisticated art galleries, coffee shops and bars.
Stockholmers love to spend their weekends in the park

Hi, no, you can't! To be honest, unless you have a bigger reason for that, its not necessary. Its 2 streets away from one main avenue -Hornsgatan- (5min walk). The point is that that part of the city is already a hill, so... More
