Rosendals' Garden is an oasis in the heart of our Stockholm, an inspiration for enjoyable, sustainable living and a role model for people living in urban settings. For more than thirty years Rosendals' Garden Foundation has cultivated and spread biodynamic farming practices and has been a driver of the farm to fork concept. Our renowned cafe/ restaurant, wood-fired stone oven bakery and boutique are focused on highlighting the beauty and variety of flavours of locally produced organic ingredients including our own vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers and honey. Explore the orchard that boasts over 50 different kinds of apples, the rose garden, pre-school teaching greenhouse and garden, vineyard, green houses, a garden center, vegetable and flower gardens and even the beehives. We even custom grow and supply vegetables to some of Stockholm's best restaurants. Opening times vary through the season - see website for more info. January closed, Feb. - April open Tuesday - Sunday , May - Sep. open everyday, Midsummer weekend 24-26st of June closed, Oct. - 20 th Dec. open Tuesday - Sunday.

This is a really pretty place to stop for lunch. There is the option of selecting from the prepared food table or ordering from the kitchen. We opted for the open face vegetarian offering -- mozzarella, tomato, pesto. It was so fresh-tasting, as if the...More

This little find in the midst of royal garden. Highly recommended especially you wanna have a break from the city life, grab a sandwich & a glass of wine & unwind under the canopies of apple trees. Perfect for picnic & it's free entry.

I love open spaces and plants. On a sunny day I love the idea of going here and going around watching the beautiful plants and the flowers. Then sit on one of the benches and soak in the sun as I observe the plant life.

Rosendals Tradgard comprises some beautiful enclosed gardens, with a lovely cafe and shops. We were lucky visiting in the height of summer with flowering plants including mini meadows in their pomp, with the waves of colour unforgettable. The cafe serves gorgeous food at reasonable prices,...More

Lovely garden, alert however , do not arrive too early, the cafes open at 11 am and the unfriendly staff in the shop are too busy cleaning the toilets to worry about cleaning the tables and chairs in the orchard. Too busy to allow an...More

I love this place! The gardens, the greenhouses, the food!! HOWEVER, the GPS had a difficult time giving us accurate directions and after finally finding a parking place in the city, we hurried to the greenhouse but still got there after the kitchen had closed!...More

The island of Djurgården and its northern mainland

nature and an abundance of museums, while being
located in walking distance to Stockholm’s city

endless walks through a beautiful park landscape
without having to leave the city, but also offers an
