It stands from the other museums in town
It is a very modern and interesting exhibition, definitely Stockholm benefits from Fotografiska. Given the often changing eviction it always depends on what it is shown at the moment, it could be bigger for the price. But yes, it is Stockholm.

    Interesting exhibition
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The main exhibit was photographs documenting 50 years of hip hop, which included many pictures of iconic hip hop stars and also pictures of less famous people free styling. In addition, there was a very interesting interactive virtual reality experience and other thought provoking exhibits on other floors. There is a pleasant looking bistro on the top floor and a well stocked shop at the entrance/ exit. Well worth the admission fee.

Wonderful, modern museum dedicated to photography. Over a few floors on the waterfront there are a number of changing displays covering individuals, themes or styles - displays photography at its best. If you visit make sure you make time to visit the cafe or restaurant on the top floor. The food is good and the views out over Stockholm are magic. Highly recommend!

For us, the exhibits were not particularly to our taste. The main exhibit on the 1st floor was on selfies and the second floor had series of photos submitted by photographers from around the world that were juried and accepted for exhibition. There were a few outstanding photos, but most were not, in our opinion (art appreciation is subjective) and the exhibit space was much smaller than expected for the entry fee. We wouldn’t recommend it over other things to see in Stockholm. The 3rd floor restaurant and bistro looked very inviting with great views. Maybe try that and skip the exhibits.

Save time and money. Half the exhibits were closed due to "re instalation" still charged SEK 199 to enter. Its a complete farce! Don't bother.

It's actually a shame as it's a beautiful building and the restaurant upstairs looks amazing.

Absolutely loved it! Both permanent and temporary expositions are rich and original enough with a lot to see and enjoy. The building itself is very interestingly designed, both inside and out, giving a very deep industrial loft feel.

Really enjoyed the exhibition as there were some unique photos and displays.

I expected there to be more displays to be honest.

The cafe didn’t appear to be open so we missed out on the views so we’re disappointed.

It's over ten years since our first visit to Fotografiska. The views from the third floor resto are much the same each time: impressive! The exhibitions vary of course. On our latest round we admired photos by Kary Lasch from the 1950s, Cindy Sherman's very heavy tapestries, a Danish doctor in a floating world of bizarre bodies and a young Swedish innovator. There was a small exhibition about the history of selfies too. All in all, well worth a couple of hours.

Went to this exhibition in February at Fotografiska. Really great venue with a great layout and fantastic cafe/restaurant on the top floor. Photos were brilliant with great lighting. Was a little crowded but nothing too crazy. There were other exhibitions by Senay Berhe and Kary Lasch which are well worth checking out too. All in all a great photography gallery!

I visited April 2023 and it honestly changed my life. I love museums, art, and creativity, and the nature-based exhibit brought feelings of peace and the type of home that you carry with you. I was over the moon and especially enjoyed the restaurant and its views on the top floor - I still dream of that pizza. It was unlike anything I ever had before.

My spirit was very alive in this space and I walked away as a different person. I was pleased to find out that there is a location in NYC too, a lot closer to me.
