The artillery museum quite new and is capturing hundred years of artillery history in Kristianstad and Wendes Regiment was the last regiment in battle for Sweden during the 100 year war in Germany. It is worth an hour of your time if you past Kristianstad.

Interesting historical information about the wonderful city that Christian IV created in Skåne north-eastern part. A large wetland if given the bogs and lakes in their time ..

This is one of (currently) 25 museums part of the Swedish Military Heritage. The Artillery museum have an impressive collection of canons and vehicles from about 17th century and forwards - strictly with connection to Sweden. Most all is in Swedish but they have a nice variety of cannons from pre WW I as well as more modern. Mostly all European hardware as one might guess. If you are a general history buff or a war buff it is worth the time. It will only take about 1 hour to see all of the cannon but... More
