Gävle Concert Hall was opened in 1998. It is home to the Gävle Symphony Orchestra. The building was closed when we were outside its doors. It is not a pretty building.

We spotted these as we were walking through the park in a small garden area in the city park. Not sure what they are but they are in a lovely location and very interesting. There are benches so you can sit and relax.

Really nice acoustics, centre of the local symphony orchestra, excellent restaurant with beautiful views over the river and the central park

Went to the jazz club Tuesday 26th April and had a fantastic evening. Fabulous venue in lovely surroundings fantastic views of the river too.
