If you love museums then this is a place to visit Quite interesting history about the prisons. The place is not so big but its close to the city square.

Apart from several interesting stories, offerring rather basic and obvious info. If you don't speak Swedish, you'll only have the short audioguide (included in ticket price), all descriptions are in Swedish only. And it's very small, several cells and a couple of rooms in another...More

It was okay as a time killer, a few interesting facts but expensive for the size of the museum. The staff were great though and made the experience better.

This small museum covers the history of prisons in Sweden. You can walk here from the train station. It is split into 2 parts, in 2 buildings, with a section from the 1600s and one from the 1800s. The museum is small but good value...More
