I know it is not always possible but try to go up when the weather forecast is good. We went up and the weather was brilliant but within 20 minutes down came the mist and drizzle. We were lucky is as much we took some good photographs of the cliffs. The people that came soon after us saw nothing. If... More

We drove right up to the top car park through the gate (make sure you close it after you). There is a young man at the gate who will open and close it for you - a small contribution is gratefully accepted if you care to contribute. It is quite a steep and narrow road with very little room in... More

We walked up the Slieve League with about 50 people of various ages and each went at their own pace. The higher you climb, the more spectacular the views.l will be back.

My family and I climbed up to the very end of Sliabh League walk which ends at Malinbeg and the Silver Strand Beach. This is an arduous walk and you need the proper gear for it. It is worth it for the views alone but be careful of windy conditions as you traverse the narrow ledges on the route. Watch... More

Amazing natural wonder. Nice super safe area and then further up more there was more room for adventure. When part of cei tour so we had access to the mini bus to drive up. There is a nice little tea shop before the cliffs. Cool little spot to stop. The whole area seemed under visited. Nice not be overrun.

What a fantastic view and walk but not for the faint hearted if you want to go up on the highest path.

Would have loved to walk further up the track but the weather was manky. There are toilets and parking handy and a nice café at the Base of the road

We were lucky to have a clear sunny evening to see the cliffs and what amazing views they had to offer!! The first car park you to see is ~30min walk (uphill) to the primary viewing point, would be okay if that was it. BUT you can actually walk right up to the top of the cliffs, which was steep... I have to say these cliffs are very stunning and to me, as compared to the ones I seen in Hawaii, I would recommend a visit here as a first choice. You could spend a few hours here easily, driving up was a little bit nerve racking...but look straight at the horizon and the views make you forget how close... More
