Easy bus ride from inner city (around 10-15 minutes), so this is worth a visit especially if you plan to visit Rosenborg Castle, the bus passes and stops there. Its possible to do this in around 1 or 1.30 hour. Its really a beautiful and unique structure. Its big but I personally think it lacking in finer details compared to... More

One can't help but stare in wander at this beautifully constructed architecture. Set in between two smaller row buildings, the church is depicted even more majestic.

I am an architectural buff and this is one of the reasons that I wanted to visit Copenhagen. It did not disappoint at all. I was awed at its scale and design. A masterpiece well done! No entry fee, open all year round. However, do check their website prior your visit as it often held events such as concerts and... More

This is a great representative of Danish architecture. Blonde and bright and at the same time powerful and impressive. We had some difficulties however to find it from the railway-station. Had to ask a local.

This is an unusual church, modern but inspired by different traditional styles. The neighborhood looks gloomy, but the church is nice to visit.

This is an exceptional piece of architecture and beautiful calm space to visit. Well worth the minor effort to get there from the centre of town.

Had seen this church on a TV programme. It is outside of the main centre of Copenhagen but the 6a bus takes you to it in about 20mins. Architecture and the graveyards are very beautiful. There is also a nice little cafe with good apple cake nearby.

My wife and I were taken here by our Danish friends. She was baptized here and her Jewish husband and she wanted their Bible believing friends from America to see one of Copenhagen's most important churches. The foundation was laid in 1921 and all work was completed in 1940. It survived WW2. It is something to see from a stone... More
