Our group had no idea of the uncovered archeological site and many acres of Grecian & later Roman influences. Really unbelievable and it is helpful to have a guided tour.

Very interesting to see the way sport and competition evolve over time, museum present the Ancient Greek time. Beautiful statues and didactical explanations of the creation and evolution of the Olympic Games!

We toured the site first to beat the crowds since it was August, but I'd recommend touring the museum first if possible! The museum is easy to maneuver and is stunning!

this is a place where all the torches were lit, that's why you can not see them anymore; this is just a starting point for their journey, that's correct.

Most are in the small museum attached to the Panathenaic Stadium located in Athens and definitely worth a visit. Many of the official art and posters located here as well.
