The monastery is a nice place to visit. There are two parts, with the older part at the end so make sure to walk all the way to the end of the path to view it. There is also food and drinks available.

Glad to have experienced this unique and peaceful tiny church and monastery high in the hills. The women who care for it are gracious and generous. Didn't give 5 stars because it's tough to find, and there's no signs/literature explaining the history, but it's worth...More

This is a real gem hidden on top of one of the mountains and surrounded by forest. There is a lovely very old church with beautiful old frescoes. However make sure you walk beyond the church past the cottage to see the old monastery and...More

I often visit this monastery. It is a very nice and quiet place with an impressive old church, excellent loukomadia, friendly dogs and a chapel with a "god-made" roof. It is a special experience to wait for the sunset at the top of this roof.

The Monastery was not that easy to find as it was easy to miss some of the signs. It's located high on a hill. If you have a car the would be a good place to visit. The views are great.

Right on top of a hill inside a farm there is a monastery built in within some huge rocks. It is very impressive and it make you wonder how they managed to create this lovely space where people live and worship for so many years....More

It's a must to visit this ex-monastery in the north part of the island. Peculiar building, excellent landscape, but there is no one to tell you something about this place (except the organised touristic groups who have their own tour guide)
