- Generation S13 contributionsScenic beachWe were there off season, so the car park was most;y fenced off and all the sunbeds and umbrellas had gone. The road is very winding and a bit rough in places, but easy enough if you take your time. There was quite a heavy swell so we did not spend much time in the water, and the waves breaking on the stony beach were a little tricky. OK once you were in though. Spectacular location, and probably lovely if the wind is not coming from the south.Visited October 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 25 October 2023

Expensive parking (and limited spaces). Steep steps down but nothing really to reward. Water was murky, beach crowded and limited facilities. Much better small beach for swimming just as you leave Vasiliki on the road to Agiofili.

Beach is too crowded. The parking costs 10€ per car, 10€ per sunbed. The food in the food truck is quite expensive and the staff there is not very nice. Save money and go somewhere else.

Drove here didn't stay as overpriced. You don't mind paying a fair amount but 10 Euros to park and we don't stay on the beach too long. There are plenty of other places around that you can either park for free or park just before the areas where they charge you for nothing.

Beautiful beach , stunning location.
Suggested better to source parking in Vasiki and take taxi boat. The following put a dampener on our day.

Nature is beautiful. Otherwise the beach is overpriced and crowded. €10 for parking and €20 for an umbrella with two beds.

Hi, Should I rent a jeep or SUV for a better approach to some of the nice
beaches with difficult roads like Egremni or Agiofilli ?
I preffer a regular car which is much cheaper and convinient in paved roads, but this is an issue I might invest in a SUV.
Thanks, Udi

I hope you have already got some answer, in your question...
In my opinion, just an ordinary car is enough. I think you can't approach Egremni anyway, after the earthquake some years ago, only by boat.
The same for Agiofilli, you can go with a boat from Vassiliki or by a drivable road till some point then walk.
