Many people who were visiting while we were there were very emotional being in this church. We are not orthodox but enjoyed seeing the architecture. St. Spiridon's remains are in a casket in the church.

I went to this church during a visit to Corfu Town. It is quite dark inside Architecture is fantastic. No photography is allowed inside, but many people attend. There are many icons to see, well worth a visit, recommended.

It is a small church in the middle of old town of Corfu. There is a body of saint Spiridon. People in Corfu believe that he protects town. It was interesting visit.

Corfu Town is a must when you're staying on this island. Regardless of your beliefs, this is a beautiful and restful place to visit. It is simple on the outside but inside it's just wonderful. Just go there to take a little peaceful time.

You can only walk there actually the church is located to the old town so there are no roads only around the old city. You can take a bus possible- if there is - to Liston and from there is only 3 min walking distance
