We really enjoyed walking through the narrow streets in Chora. A lot of gift shops offering quality items, Cafés and restaurants. No cars allowed, therefore everyone was chatting and enjoying the beautiful view of Patmos from high above. There are a couple of ‘crowded’ streets...More

We spent a day at Chora exploring the streets, shops, and galleries. It’s well worth a visit and enjoys beautiful views of Patmos.

Chora is worth od visit: on a hill, with charmy streets, houses, yards. And the monastety. It's 2.5 km from Apocalipsis (Relevation) cave.

Lovely walk up to Chora on the 'old' cobbled road. Quaint whitewashed houses and narrow alleyways. Some good shops and restaurants. Quiet (very few tourists on mid-June). Monastery is lovely and the museum has some wonderful old artefacts.
