We took a morning bus ride from our hotel to the Monastery. It was small & we were done seeing everything within half an hour. We then looked at the few shops in the square. It was too early for lunch & the next bus...More

The Monastery of Panayia Tourliani is very close to the restaurant that the cruise ship tours take their passengers to eat. It is worth a little pop-in. A quiet oasis.

It is not worth the trip but, if you pass by, it is a pleasant stop. Small church, there is not much to see but it speaks of a long religious tradition that continues till now. Entrance costs 1 Euro.

This monastery is located in Anoe Mera and is well worth a visit. It is small but ornate and beautiful inside. There is a small square lined with shops and restaurants nearby
