Great monestery and features the black Madonna. Get a guide or ask someone around to tell you about its date and protection from robbers when Mykonos first became prosperous

This was one of our last stops on our 4 hr tour with Shore Excursions Group. What a peaceful place to visit. Our tour guide explained a lot about the Greek Orthodox architecture, the traditions of icons, and the metal work. Beautiful interior sanctuary.

One of the best historical places to visit in Mykonos. Peaceful, awe, picturesque! This monastery is a part of the island's history. There are two chapels. The temple and the icons are made by fine artists.
