In high season, it gets very crowded, so try going to the rocks rather than the tiny beach beneath the church. If windy, forget it. But in calm weather, this is the most beautiful beach on the island.

A wonderful and very picturesque beach at the East side of the island. The colour of the water excuse the name "The big blue", from the well-known film. A place everyone that visit Amorgos island must see.
