I talked the wife into doing a walk on our relaxing holiday and we weren't disappointed. About an hour round trip from the decent size car park (though had capacity to park.all the way up the hill when busy) to see the falls thundering into...More

Despite being 6 months pregnant and recovering from a broken ankle I managed the steps thanks the supportive hand rails - having a helping hand nearby was needed for those occasional deeper steps. So glad we came across the gorge by accident on a Discovery...More

There has been a large rockfall and it is questionable whtether it is safe to traverse. I went as far as the Aldo's and ropes and perhaps fifty more metres before turning back as my friend was not keen. I would not recommend this to...More

This is a nice small one hour walk in shadow but good shoes needed. The paths are narrow at some points and you need to climb up and down. Not suitable for very small children.

HI, i would like to ask a question, I am visiting Rhetymnon in May, travelling alone. I would like to hike in St Anthony Gorge but I am wondering how far is it from my hotel (Gortyna) and if there any companies arranging trips to get there. Thank you in advance, Eva
