The winery is open to visitors all year round (after appointment). The visitors' wine experience starts even before arriving at the winery, as the route and the surrounded landscape is filled with images that emphasize the viticulturist character of the region. The tour starts from the production areas of the winery, continues at the cellar and ends at the tasting room where the guest then has the opportunity to taste our wines. Please contact earlier to inform us about your visit for wine tasting (phone/email). There is a tasting fee of 5€ per person. Opening hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00-15:30, after appointment.

During this day we have visited two winary. According to the other one, wine test in Douloufakis Winery wasn’t prepared enough professionaly (maybe not enough time), we couldn’t visit field (too far away, no access), we didn’t get any discount (we bought few bottles of wines). We think that this winary is ready for guests mostly during the season, so... More

Dear Bartosz C, thank you for your feedback! The day you visited us was a holiday, 1st of May, mostly known as International Workers' Day. Normally, no one could be at the winery to welcome you, but that time happened to be there Katerina, who guided you through the winery. Also, we ask visitors to arrange an appointment before coming... More

This was a great stop for us and our college-age daughters. The winery is lovely, clean and well-organized and the staff and owner welcoming. We enjoyed hearing personal stories about the history of the winery and how the family has combined methods of the past with modern wine-making techniques to create their personal vintages. The tasting was casual and informative... More

Walked to Douloufakis cause I was staying in a nearby villa in the wineyards. I was the only guest cause it was low season but they welcomed me spontaneously. I had a warm welcome and could taste up to six wines for eur 5. They hand you out very useful information about every wine. So even if you have no... More

We found this through all the reviews and decided to try it. GPS sent us through a tour of the wine country and of course we arrived past closing. No worries because Natasa opened it for us and did a first class job of presentation with knowledge of all the wines to be tasted. She paired the wines well. This... More

Located in a picturesque village of Dafnes 25 min. south of Herklion. A short ride up the hills passing through vines and olive trees, a beautiful scenery of authentic Greece. Great shop with tour. Wine tasting was excellent a lot of wines for the price of the tasting. Also the wines themselves were well priced. Hard place to find on your own so feel free to ask locals for directions.

As we got a recommendation from our friends to visit this outstanding winery, we have been very excited to our visit there. The winery is easily to be found in Dafnes and we have been warmly received and guided to a cool, natural harmonious and stylish tasting room. All the wines we could taste, were really good and you can... More

This is a delightful winery. They give a brief tour of the facilities, which was interesting. I'd never seen wine being bottled before. And the tasting is only 5 euros and we got to try about 9 wines. They were very unique to our American palate and an enjoyable experience. We then bought a couple bottles as they were very... More

We were traveling the wine country south of Heraklion and stopped in Dafnes for a visit of the winery. I had not booked an appointment, which I recommend, but we were lucky to be received warmly by our hosts. Tasted several wines, and my personal favorites were Aspros Lagos (white, 100% Vidiano - which is a local variety, aged 5... More

I visited this winery about 2month ago. I really enjoyed tasting good wine. Moreover, I also enjoyed cheese they served. After finishing taste, I bought some bottles, and I ask them where could I buy cheese. Of course I also visited the factory of cheese!
