A bartender and a decorator joined their passion for music, drink and aesthetic ,creating kibar to the monastery of Carol. The building of Kibar is a Venetian monastery of the sixteenth century which has been characterized as a monument and has been restored by the world renowned sculptor Carol who curates the place until today. Groovy sounds and refreshing cocktails in an open air place.

We headed here with friends based on a recommendation. Great location with lots of atmosphere and intrigue. The cocktails were the usual prices but with some very unique flavour combinations.

This is a great little hidden bar with creative cocktails, good music and a really unusual setting. Perfect for a few drinks at the end of the night!

A lovely open air bar space, with 3 bars to serve from, and tasty cocktails. At the time we were there the number of guests outnumbered the team, but it took 20 minutes to get a cocktail, and they only noticed they didn't have ingredients...More

Love the place , the music and the their drinks! You have to try their cocktails! Try the one with ginger-ice! Cant forget it! Ps: take a look on the roof of the buildings, when you are standing at the bar! ;)
