Relatively cheap and very reliable, this company links isolated ports of call in Souhtwest Crete in a fairly comfortable way. Quite a few sailings a day.

No ferry from Chania to Santorini. You have to go by bus to Heraklion (Iraklion) 15 euro, 2.5 hours, leaves every hour. Daily ferries from Iraklion to Santorini.
