We had a very gusty wind blowing so this made the climb a little harder but well worth the effort. Ensue you have good walking shoes as the path is slippery in some parts and rough in others the climb is not difficult

It's a matter of luck as to where the scaffolding lies, but visible progress is being made on its restoration. Has to be seen if you are in Athens. Entry isn't particularly cheap, but your ticket can cover more of the Acropolis if you opt...More

You can't visit Athens and not go to the Parthenon,a breathtaking human achievement that has been standing there for 2500 years. It's truly a humbling experience.

Crowded but well organised. A couple of hours is minimally needed . It can be slippery underfoot so care needed. The are lavatories awful, really dirty.

€20 or €30 for a combined ticket, where you can also visit Hadrian’s Library, Temple of Olympian Zeus, The Ancient Agora of Athens and a couple more. Hope this helps.
