We loved walking around Guimaraes. So much history. Santiago de Compostela walk markers. Old buidings. Beautiful plazas. Great restaurants and cafes. Castle. Dukes Palace.

we really enjoyed visiting Guimaraes. It is very peaceful. You can wander around the small streets, discovering the different type of architecture. They have a lot of plazas (squares) where you can sit down and relax. worth a visit
