Spend time inside the monastery (rococo church...) beautifully restored, and then even more time in the garden. Two walks : the short one is 45 minutes, the long one is 1h30... If you can, sleep at the Hospedaria.

It is a little bit difficult to get to the Mosteiro de Sao Martinho de Tibaes without a car but well worth a visit. One could spend all day here wandering through the monastery and the beautiful gardens.
