Pleasant hour spent walking around this little park and at the bottom you can walk along by the Lido. Nicely planted out and maintained and lots of things for little ones...crazy golf, play area etc. Little bar inside the park and toilets as well.

This garden is nice to walk through on the walk back to the centre of Funchal. The beds are planted with a wide variety of flowers and trees, and is worth a walk up or down the gardens on the way back to funchal.

We walked through the gardens several times when out for a stroll. Although not many flowers out this time of year, the gardens are pleasantly laid out and attractive, with a nice view out to sea.

The park connects the main road along the coast from Funchal to Camara des Lobos and further on with the pedestrian only promenade at the bottom of the cliff. It's nicely laid out, a bit steep hill but that's normal by local standards.

Madeira is not known for Minigolf. Here you find the only one on the island, and fantastic surroundings. Tennis and other sports, and a nice restuarant make this an ideal family park to visit.
