World class musicians, can't wait to return. Attended both the classical and rock concerts both of which were fantastic. The talent and tunes played were absolutely amazing.

If you do nothing else while on Madeira please go and visit one of the amazing concerts performed by Andrei Ladeichikov, Olga Ladeichikov, Andras Henderson and (I'm sorry but haven't retained the names) their wonderful collaboration of musicians who play almost every day in the Gardens of The English Church at 11.00am. Rock, Beatles, Classical etc etc. When I return to the lovely Island of Madeira, I will again seek them out. Highly recommended.…

We’ve been to several concerts here and have loved every one. The standard of the musicians and singers is outstanding. The acoustics in the church are superb and the size of the venue makes for a personal experience. Some of the concerts we’ve attended were “Songs from Musicals”, “Beatles Music”, “Classical Favourites” and “Classic Rock”. We’ll be back next year.…

In fact, the Gypsy and Virtuoso Violin and the Grappelli concerts I’ve seen in the past two weeks have possibly been even better, in that they allowed the amazing young Russian violinist, Andrei Ladeishnikov, to demonstrate his utter brilliance. The Saturday afternoon open-air Ragtime concert was also delightful, with Olga Ladeishnikov on violin and Andrei on piano. This young man sells the tickets at the door, distributes the publicity leaflets and gives enthusiastic and knowledgeable introductions. Clearly he also does much to bring wonderful musicians together to develop their range and skills. He is a real treasure; …
