One of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. The cold and upset sea will give you a boost of energy. Admire the sunset and after that go to the Adraga restaurant, ask for a grilled local fish and drink a portuguese white wine.

This place is not as known as its neighbour to the north, Praia Grande, but the place itself is perfect. The restaurant has prime quality seafood! Perfect for a dinner at sunset!

Not a large beach area, but a beautiful one! The large rock formations are so unique and create some areas of shade if that is desired. Quiet on a fall day, but understand it can be quite busy in season.

The beach is off the beaten track. It is just over a mile from the main Cascais road in the village of Almocageme. The walk is a quite steep downhill on the way down to the beach and of course uphill on the return. There is access by car with parking near to the beach. When approaching the beach area... More

I walked down to Adraga beach and it was worth it….its not to crowded and it was great to go and explore the rock formations and then just chill out. The day i went it was quite cloudy but was still really warm and i got burnt, so do make sure you put sun cream on even when its cloudy... More

A heavenly little beach with soft sand and rock formations.. Perfect sun trap, not very windy the day we were there. Found parking easy, little carpark next to the beach for €3 all day. A bar there too, reasonably priced for ice cold cans and lollies.. The sea was wild and beautiful, but essential that I held my little ones... More

A small and great beach. Great sand and good waves for surfers (when there are waves). Being between rocks gives the beach a good environment

Nice beach, not too large, surrounded with rocks. Very beautiful place. Free shower. Some waves but possible to swim especially in the afternoon when the sea is going down.

The beach is located in a remote area of Sintra, more precisely in Almoçageme, but it is very worthwhile. It is a beautiful place, sometimes windy and with rock formations that are worth discovering. It features a restaurant/coffeehouse with terrace and two car parks that during the weekends are not enough for all visitors.

We had a nice day here. It is very beautiful. There were lifeguards, a lot of sand and good waves. There is also a good fish restaurant and bar by the beach but it is the only place to each while you are there.
