Although it only cost 1 euro entrance fee it was worth a visit. The museum only covers 2 floors but has an interesting display of old paintings and some statues. The building itself is rather impressing with a huge white wide curved staircase leading to...More

I was really, really impressed. I happened to turn up when there were some great exhibitions, plus evening concerts. But please give it a go regardless. Easily overlooked, as its not in the historical quarter, but very accessible (near the tram stop) and at 1...More

Lovely building but the very very modern art is really a bit strange -blank screens to bondage- and not my cup of tea. The pre-1960 modern art is certainly more pleasing with exhibits of Warhol, Dali and Picasso et al.

Some interesting pieces and some very weird. Some well know artists such as Andy Warhol, Dali and Picasso. Ranges from art, photographs, sculpture and installations. Our two teenage boys also enjoyed, and it's free. Recommended.
