The N 379 is stunning but you can't get into Figuerinha from the direction of Portinho da Arribada, because the road is closed during summer holidays till 7 pm !!! To get there, head to Outao and access the beach from there !

This may be late to answer, but using public transport from Lisbon is not that easy as there are no direct connections. The easiest way is from Setúbal, where there are buses available departing from the main bus station: Av. 5 de Outubro, 46. You can reach Setúbal directly by bus (departing both from Praça de Espanha or Gare do Oriente) or train (Fertagus line) from Lisbon.
