The castle has been beautifully restored and is well worth a visit. There is a good cafetaria service with a magnificent view over the Sado river estuary. The place is easy to reach and parking normally is not a problem.

It's worth going up there (by car) to enjoy the splendid views of the Setubal bay. Note that this is a free entrance. The bar has very reasonable prices so you can treat yourself with a drink with a superb view !
