The beach is clean and the sand is awesome. There are many places to sit down and take in the beautiful surroundings. Chill out on the beach or take a dip into the clear and calm waters. Lifeguard, toilets, restaurant on site. Car parking is cheap and the time it took to get there from out villa was worth it if only for the spectacular views.

The beaches on the Serra Arrabida are all very good and beautiful. But for us “Praia do Creiro” was the best. It´s paradisiacal and the ocean is clean and clear, great for swimming, diving and snorkeling. Or maybe just chill out!
It is very easy and inexpensive to take a public transportation from Setubal and not worrying about parking.
It´s a shame that the restaurant closer to this beautiful beach isn’t up to the standards… Very disappointing!

This beach was really lovely and had the added bonus of being able to walk across to Portinho where there are a few restaurants. There are also some places on the beach. Really clean beach and the water temperature wasn't too cold either!

Sort of hard to reach, making it, even more, the worth when you get there, huge beach with an actual sand area big for everyone (rare for these beaches on the mountain range) and crystal clear water where you van see the fishes, also plenty of activities available with a nice restaurant as well.

A comfortable way to cross the sea and go to Comporta or Troia! And it doesn't take much time to get to the other side!
You can take your car with you.
Enjoyed the experience!

This beach is the whitest beach I have seen in Europe. It is surrounded by lush green pine trees where birds sing. You can find beautiful pebble stones in various colours. If you want to have a swim in warm water, don't come in June or in the beginning July, though. It is freezing cold now.
