This building is massive!! Some of it is fenced off, but I believe you can get closer. Its worth walking by to get some pictures.

Set in the tremendous former Monastery of St. Benedict, it has a breathtaking profile when viewed to its full extent. Gleaming whiteness against the deep sky azure was a fabulous sight. After the expulsion of monks and religious orders from the country, the Parliament moved in. Over time the building was renovated to suit its new role, giving us the magnificent edifice we admire today. Neo-Classical in style, it comprises a grand portico and a pediment adored with beautifully carved figures exemplifying classical themes.
