If you are around Bairro Alto, this place worth the visit. It used to be one of the Palaces of Marquês de Pombal. Now it's a center for the contemporary arts. Beautiful and quiet garden. Amazing collection of tiles (many broken or stolen). You can...More

An inspiring place to visit - the building and garden are fantasies of decoration and worth seeing in their own right; the art installations add fresh interpretations to the place and its history. The atmosphere is quirky, fun and welcoming. Very well worth a visit.

Carpe Diem Arte e Pesquisa is an incredible place in the center of Lisbon: the fusion of the old and half-ruined Pombal palace with contemporary art is something worth seeing. And the team is great!
