We go here often. The first few times, we took photos - night and day. Enjoyed the sculptures, sites, trolleys and street cars. There is also live entertainment on occasion. Sometimes jugglers, guitarists, street art. We were also here for a parade once. It's a really lovely area with a lot going on!…

This square, built to restore the old town after the earthquake in 1755, is the symbol of the city. It is quite open area and it is full of terraces, restaurants and also includes the tourist information office.

a perfect stop for a cold drink and people watching whilst exploring the shopping district on foot. right next to the sea front you can follow the promenade on either side up along the coast for further exploration.
