Elevatore to the top and you have a nice view on the Praça do Comercio, Tejo river, Augusta street and the hills surrounding. Free with Lisboa card.

Climb to the top using corkscrew steps for breathtaking views of the city. The Arch celebrates the reconstruction of the city after the great earthquake. There is an elevator but walk up its more fun.

The arch offers beautiful views of central Lisbon. It overlooks Comercio Square on one side and Rua Augusta on the other. Plus it’s cool to see the statues on top of the arch from close up. You take an elevator most of the way up...More

Worth visiting as you'll likely be in the area anyways. Entry was free with the Lisboa card, otherwise I think it was quite cheap anyways. Good views across Lisbon and the river.
