If you are a pilgrim, then i suggest you include this in your itinerary. Just to give you an idea of where the siblings Jacinta and Francisco grew up in. There is no fee only donations. We stopped here before heading to the airport as...More

A very moving experience. Being here puts the whole story of a famous miracle in Fátima all together. Makes you realize just how far the three children ( Lucia Santos, 10, with her cousins, Jacinta, 7, and Francisco Marto 9 ) walked from home to...More

Very small - two rooms. The bedroom & living/cooking area. But right across the street from where they used to live. Worth the few steps across the street to view

Well if you are visiting Fàtima and the Basilica don’t miss a visit to Casa De Francisco and Jacinta Marto. It’s so touching to see where the children were born and lived. Very special.

We drove there and had no problems finding it. We went inside and saw the room where both were born. But we were not fascinated by it. I liked the fact that you could give a donation (we certainly did), not necessarily pay to see...More

This is actually two houses opposite each other on a narrow village street. Both are just there with open doors and some factual signage and labeling of contents.

I agree with the previous answers - you can do it, but drive carefully - it's narrow and there are always many people walking in the roads!

It's a lovely location and it's very popular. You can take a tour, or walk there, or take the little train. Well worth doing, whatever method of travel you choose!
