Indeed a place to go to. Sadly very poorly maintained and has insane potential. It is very relaxing and calming has peacock, geese and cock. It does cost only 2 euros to enter which is like 2. Coffees. There are some insane cactus, but you...More

It looks like it is run down also because of the inexpensive entrance I guess, but walking around an abandoned Japanese garden and a nicely kept French gardens had it's charm. There are peacocks, ducks, other birds all around, it's pretty if you want to...More

The garden is not very well maintained. There is a big potential in there but the money is simply missing. The admission is very low and I'm surprised that they don't make it more expensive and don't invest the money in the renovation.

Inexpensive to get in (one Euro). That's about what it's worth. The gardens are only adequately maintained. However, it was quiet and shaded. We spent about 30 minutes here.

this is a great place in the middle of busy Belem to take a minute and observe a piece of nature. Beautiful garden, interesting palace in the back.

A bit run-down but retains its charm. Lovely and peaceful spot to get away from it all in busy Belem and very cheap to enter. If you are organised you will bring a picnic from one of the sandwich shops on the main road. Make...More
